I know this dream is not literal, at least I don’t think it is. Can someone please translate?
Background Information: Not that I care to marry an Arab in real life and I do not know any Arab males currently. I am a Black American Muslim.
The dreams, all related to eachother by this Arab male’s presence, took place in a series one after another, because I kept on waking up.
Let me first describe the main male in my dream. He’s an Arab very young-youthful looking somewhere in his early 20s. He’s handsome and light-skinned with dark hair. He has this look about his eyes that show that he is sincere towards me. Remember that I do not know any Arab males in real life. He finds me attractive even though I’m not. He wants to marry me. Since him and I are Muslims we can’t date just marry so we barely even know eachother.
The Dream [Which is not in chronological order]:
This Black lady gets married to a Black man and there is a huge celebration which ends shortly after. They are both Muslims and I don’t really know why this is in my dream since I didn’t receive any information about them except seeing them at their wedding.
Me and the Arab were at our Nikah, signing of the marriage contract, where the sheik, islamic religious leader, pronounced us husband and wife. It’s interesting because before I woke up I heard the sheik say "You are now married to…" And he gives the Arab’s exact full name, which I can’t remember except that it had "Al Saud" at the beginning of it.
So far what does this mean? When one is given the full name of a dream character?
Next scene is at an cafeteria-auditorium, I walked all the way over from the library to attend for my wedding. This auditorium was not decorated. Just a plain auditorium with chairs and people sitting. He did not have his family there neither did I. As soon as I walked into this auditorium I am bullied by a bunch of female bullies, maybe around 7 of them. My roommate was one of these bullies, [whom I am NOT getting along with in real life just because she is mean to me and discriMinates against me] But nevertheless I arrive on stage with the audience of strangers including those bullies. Me and "Saud" is on stage with a dude who claims to be experienced in conducting multicultural/religious weddings. At this point I’m wondering why this Arab man finds me attractive when I believe I am ugly. The conductor of the wedding holds my hand up, specifically holds my left ring finger, in front of the audience to show them that in some cultures the husband doesn’t give his bride a ring if he finds her extremely attractive and the bullies in the audience start to laugh because they think I’m ugly. Saud did not give me a ring.
I’m on the beach facing the ocean and in the sand, building a sand castle + leveling the sides of it like a New Orleans levee.
I’m in this class with a Black Christian lady, whom I know in real life, who advises me to go to a place where there will be a lot of virtual Muslims online in a gathering sort of like Hajj, pilgrimage to the holy city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia.
Alot of this has to do with race/ethnicity.Are you attracted to other races?
Do you care what people think of you inter-racially dating? I think maybe you ARE attracted to Arab men not only because most are Muslim but physically as well.
I also think your insecure about your looks. That your not worthy of this ‘Saud’.YOU ARE.
Don’t feel insecure, love yourself. You are worth gold & more.
I am sure your future husband will too.
First and foremost, I want to express that almost all Shia scholars (maraje) do not believe that
???? ?? ???? ??? ????
is part of Adhan. (For more information refer to - ????? ?????? ? ? 2? ? 287 where major shia fatwas are collected!)
Nevertheless, saying
???? ?? ???? ??? ????
between Adhan phrases as a Zikr (and not as Adhan) is “mustahab (=desired by God but not mandatory)” according to Koran, because it is one of signs of Allah (????? ????)
(Hajj:32) “That (shall be so); and whoever respects the signs of Allah, this surely is (the outcome) of the piety of hearts.”
Including this zikr in Adhan is authorized and suggested by prophet too! (However, there is no need, since u can add zikrs in your “salah” or “adhan” in order to get close to God. For example saying “subhanallah” in your adhan or “salah”)
>>>>>>>> HERE ARE TWO STORIES FROM THE BOOK:
??????? ?? ??? ??????? ( ???? ??????? ??????? ??????)
Assalafah fi amr al-khalafah by great Sunni scholar Shaikh al-maraghi al-mesri
1. In the days where prophet(saww) were alive, Salman(ra) used to bear witness about Guardianship of Ali(as) after witnessing taheed and nobovvat of prophet(saww) in his Adhan. (It was after the last Hajj and Ghadir). One of the Sahabah came to prophet(saww) and said: “Ooh, Prophet of Allah, I heard something new in Salman’s Adhan that I never heard before!” and prophet(saww) asked what did you hear? And then he told the story of Salman(ra) and prophet said:
????? ????
You heard a nice thing!
2. Narrated about Abuzar(ra) that once one of the Sahabah came to prophet(saww) and said that abazar(ra) witnessed the Ali’s Guardianship in his adhan and said:
???? ?? ????" ??? ????
And then prophet said that:
???? ??????? ???? ?? ???? ?? ?? ??? ????? ???? ????? ??? ???? ????? ???? ??? ?????
That is (true), or u have forgotten my sayings in Ghadir, that who I am his guardian, then Ali is his guardian and the one who breaks the oath verily has broken his oath to himself (and in fact hurt himself)!
????? ???? ?? ????? ???????!
Once again I want to state that the adhan is:
???? ????? ???? ????? ???? ????? ???? ????? ???? ?? ?? ??? ??? ????? ???? ?? ?? ??? ??? ????. ???? ?? ????? ???? ????? ???? ?? ????? ???? ????. ?? ??? ??????? ?? ??? ??????? ?? ??? ??????? ?? ??? ??????? ?? ??? ??? ?????? ?? ??? ??? ?????? ???? ????? ???? ????? ?? ??? ??? ????? ?? ??? ??? ????
Not a word less, not a word more! (May curse of Allah(swt) upon those who add or omit something >>as ADHAN<< to the above phrases on their own!)
@ Rosy and Lebanese Spirit: Wa alaykum assalaam wa rahmatullah
u r well inshallah!
as fundamentalist said Zikr means “reminding ” or “mentioning” (of God or sth related to God. Guardianship of Imam Ali(as) is part of our beliefs and we attribute it to God. So recalling that is kinda Zikr for us. BTW if u have problem with it, u can use
????? ???????
instead of zikr. Because for us welayah of Ali(as) is "sha’aer"(=sign of God) for us.
Moreover, I have seen some hadiths that in Ghadir prophet(saww) ordered to include this in adhan and some shia believes that it is part of adhan. I am actually not sure how strong this hadith is, but most of Shia scholar didn’t make any fatwa that we can say it as a part of Adhan; however they encouraged us to say it with Adhan.
full lies from sons of mutah
why the prophet PBUH did not make this Adhan?
why Ali "r.a" him self did not make this Adhan?
is not it funny ??
what if sunnah said
???? ?? ??? ??? ????? ???? ??????
what will be sons pf muath comment ??
Hi people, and my RE teacher has given me a homework task to do.
What i have to do is pretend i have taken part in the Hajj, and write a letter to my friend, muhammad. Telling him about EVERYTHING i done. we recieved a sheet from the RE Teacher telling us of 16 steps, and we put them all together and made that into a letter.
It just happens that i have lost the sheet. And with the Homework in for tommorow, i really don’t have a clue, and when i google for some, none have the information i need.
So what i am asking, is that can someone help me on this letter?
I really am begging for your help and I need ALOT of help for this letter. I know your thinking i should do this myself, but i can’t really do it without any information and no helpful information on any website.
So i am hoping someone who knows alot about the Hajj and what they do from START TO FINISH in the Hajj.
All i can remember is they start packing and deciding what stuff to bring and leave, then they depart for the airport and end up getting plane there etc etc.
Thanks a million to anyone who has the time to help me on this one! Thanks!
hey, i have alot of knowlegde about this(i haven’t actally been their buh i’m hoping 2 next year)
ideas:
there are millions of people there
you can buy things from stalls etc.
You have to wear white clothes
You visit all the historic and famous sites etc. kabbah etc.
You have to go around the kabbah for a couple of times
The men have to shave their heads
After you have visited it and come back home you can’t really explain how it was as you become speachless you also become holy.
The Pilgrimage starts from the 7th to 13th day of Dhu al-Hijjah, the 12th month of the Islamic calendar.
In our language it is also known as Umrah
You drink Zam Zam and dates which are known as khajur their and you can also take it home.
The kabah is a cube shaped.
On the first day of the Hajj (the 7th day of the 12th month in other words, Dhu al-Hijjah), the pilgrims perform their first Tawaf, which involves all of the pilgrims entering Masjid Al Haram and walking seven times counter-clockwise around the Ka’ba, kissing the Black Stone (Hajr Al Aswad) on each circuit.
If you canot kiss hajr al aswad(the black stone) because of the crowd they may simply point towards the Stone on each circuit with their right hand. In each complete circuit a pilgrim says "In the name of God, God is Great, God is Great, God is Great and praise be to God" (Bism Allah Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar wa lil Lahi Alhamd) with 7 circuits constituting a complete tawaf. The place where pilgrims walk is known as "Mutaaf". Only the first three Shouts are compulsory, but almost all perform it seven times.
The tawaf is normally performed all at once. Eating is not permitted but the drinking of water is allowed because of the risk of dehydration. Men are encouraged to perform the first three circuits at a hurried pace, followed by four times, more closely, at a leisurely pace.[8]
After the completion of Tawaf, all the pilgrims have to offer two Rakaat prayers at the Place of Abraham (Muqaam Ibrahim), a site inside the mosque that is near the Kaaba. However, again because of large crowds during the days of Hajj, they may instead pray anywhere in the mosque.
