you forget the "tin" refers to the fruit Tin, that eaten by Adam and Hawa.
so the construction of Surah A Tin is:
from adam a.s. (tin fruit), to abraham a.s. zaitun (olive), to moses a.s. (Sinai Thur), and to prophet muhammad (mekkah).
