How does [traveling to] Hajj work (what’s the time line?)?
:
My parents are leaving for the trip to Hajj tommorrow insha’allah
is that okay/does that make sense?
or are they supposed to already be at Hajj by now and start it tomorrow?
someone told me they should have left earlier so they could start today
when does it start? how does it start?
: . . . .
The actuall hajj is only 5 days long sis
1st night Mina
2 arafah during the day- night time mustalifah
3 mina, stoning, eid, sacrifice, Tawaf,
4 mina stoning
5 mina, stoning final tawaf ( hope am right not too sure though)
Hajj starts on the 25th of November this yr and runs through the 30th
so mum and dad should be okay as long as they are there before the 25th
its better for them to rest n do their umra first, get settled and be ready

What does their schedual say, it should be on the itinerary
khair inshAllah may Allah SWT accept their fast and hajj amin.
There is no harm for those who are a day early or a day late as there is no harm for those who stay a day or three after Al hamdoullah. Allah SWT tells us about this in the Quran.
If their intention was to go to hajj and if they are late, and are fasting with the intention to be at hajj, but the dunyia is delaying them, they will be rewarded those days for free by the mercy of Allah SWT! Allah WU Akbar!
