Why not believe them both? Many of the Prophet (pbuh)’s claims have been proven scientifically. Much of the scientific knowledge we hold dear today is borne out of research and theories that have some origins in the Islamic world. Moreover, scientists are constantly revising their theories, throwing away what was once widely believed, in favour of some new theory. When you think of what a "proven science" phrenology was, you can easily see how people will at least listen a merchant.

Without having any so called contradictions to compare and analyze, one can assume it is likely that what appear to be contradictions are simply a case of differing situations. If I ask what should I do about my mother, and then ask what to do about my sister, I may get different answers. Some people are corrupt, and don’t follow any religion, regardless of what they claim to follow. Some people simply don’t see the truth, even when it stares them in the face.

Astaghfirullah for your claims about your Creator. Allah Subhana Wa Ta’ala did not create people except that they were born pure. No one was born gay, this has not yet been scientifically proven and never will. Your sexual orientation is affected by environmental factors.
