Since I, as a woman, am not supposed to travel without a male mahram, should I just not travel?
this isn’t a sarcastic question, I’m being serious.
I had previously asked why women can’t travel to Hajj without a male mahram. and one answerer said that you can’t take trips (I’m assuming anywhere) without a male mahram…correct me if this is wrong.
here’s the problem…I’m the only Muslim in my family. I do not know any other male Muslims. usually when I travel somewhere it’s with my Christian mom. and we could be gone for days.
help me understand this.
according to salafis/wahabis yes you should stay where you are, and never ever travel, without a mahrem !!

you can do anything a man can do. never let a religion brainwash you into believing there’s something wrong with you.
