This has happened to me several times. I just copy my answer and hit refresh, that works most the time. I just reenter my answer. Sometimes it helps to close the screen and come back to the question. Or you can hit the back button and try to submit again. After I have done one of the 3 it usually goes though for me. If not then you may have to contact Y!A for help.
