Is it haram to have sexual fantasy in islam?

If your a not married and still a virgin, is it Haram to have sexual fantasies about women?

It’s not very nice as it can cause one to go astray and do wrong. Best is to get married.

    thoughts are not haram but acting upon them is haram.
