why did the caliphs bring bidas in religion and why didn’t Imam Ali (as) follow their bidas?

Sa’id b. al-Musayyab reported that ‘Ali and ‘Uthman (Allah be pleased with them) met at ‘Usfan; and Uthman used to forbid (people) from performing Tamattu’ and ‘Umra (during the period of Hajj), whereupon ‘Ali said: What is your opinion about a matter, which the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) did but you forbid it? Thereupon Uthman said: You leave us alone, whereupon he (’Ali) said: I cannot leave you alone. When ‘Ali saw this, he put on Ihram for both of them together (both for Hajj and ‘Umra).

Sahih Muslim, Book 007, Number 2816

First of all, there were ONLY 4 Caliphs in Islam, 1. Hazrat Abu Baker (R.A) 2. Hazrat Umar-e Farooq (R.A). 3. Hazrat Usman bin Afan (R.A), 4. Hazrat Ali (R.A). Second there are 5 types of Bidah’s, good and bad Bidahs first learn about what is Bidah than post a question and make sure you have enough evidence to support and in detail as well.

    just remmeber …….sahabas can commit errors …..only holy muhammed and ale muhammed are supreme ….like abrahim and lae abrahim…[sahabas of abrahim and aale abrahim ....can commit errors ] but if anyone oppses and donot seek pardon [hz aysehia seek pardon from imam ali ]….but yazid ……..was ablees in human body
