Arabs were very good in math those days…..the approx. radius of the earth was calculated by ancient egyptians and indians….It wouldnt have been very difficult for arab mathematicians to figure out the golden ratio point so that they could build the kaaba… Dont prove the quran by quoting the quran…Its stupid

Sorry for such a silly question but it bothers me… If this is a GREAT miracle from the quran and Allah and mohammed and bla bla bla…. Shouldn’t all the calculations be PERFECT? Then a single number would mean a lot since its from the ALL-KNOWING GOD!! 47/29=1,620 not 1,618. I just did a calculation and found a mistake then how about doing all these astronomic calculation? Funny thing is that a miracle is proved with a way that NOONE will try to verify it.

There is a difference between believing because you want to believe (in which case evidence supporting/refuting your belief does not matter), and believing because evidence compels you to believe (in which case evidence takes center-stage). My adherence to Islam stems from the latter. Since the Quran tells us we will find evidence for God’s existence in nature, I take it we are not to distort observations to suit what we want to believe. Islam is a bit like “Intelligent Design” on steroids.

I actually agree …
I actually agree with you. On top of what you said, plate techtonics causes the positions of the continents to move. What’s more, there is no mention of whether the North and South poles are the constantly moving magnetic poles, or the human created geographic poles. The Quran says something about there being signs of an almighty God in observable facts. I doubt this is one of them. I am a Muslim, and I do not stake the validity of my faith on the claims of this video. Salaams.

I am a Muslim. I do not believe in these so called mathematical miracles. I am sure that someone will com along and show how the author of the video twisted and manipulated the numbers to fit his theory as did Dr. Rashid Khalifa who gave us the “theory of 19″ which was later disproven.
Study the Holy Qur’an and ponder upon the signs of Allah (SWT) and your deen will become stronger insha”allah.

Your reasoning is silly. What if you only have use of left hand? You must understand why the Prophet (PBUH) advised on using right hand - it was because of hygeine and conditions at that time. Today we have spoons, forks, etc.
Yes, we are told to start with the right or enter the Masjid with the right foot and so on. Eating, however is not one of those must do because of the “time Space factor”.
