*black cube* because i dont know what it is called and what is Hajj:mecca to medina or medina to mecca?

**where is prophet Muhammad’s tomb:Mecca or medina?**
His GRAVE - NOT TOMB - ISLAM NEVER ENCOURAGED BEAUTIFICATION OF GRAVES AND MAKING IT TOMBS
HIS GRAVE IS NOT WORSHIPED
Any ways … his Grave is in Madinah

**what is the the black cube that is in mecca?**
Its a stone In Kabah
Kabah is a building build by Abrahim - Thousands of years ago. It is in the holiest mosque of Islam which is Masjid-e-haram. which is in Makkah
(Sauid Arabis (country) -> Makkah (city) -> Masjid haram (Mosque) -> Kaba (The most revered Land mark of Islam built my Abraham))

**black cube* because i dont know what it is called**
It is called black stone
It is a stone from paradise (Allah knows best)

**and what is hajj:mecca to medina or medina to mecca?**
Hajj is not anything like makkah to madinah or vice-versa
It is when Muslims all over the world go to holy mosque and circumambulate (go round 7 times) around Kaba and perform other rituals
Madinah is not related to Hajj
The second most holiest mosque in Islam is in Madinah
Named Masjid-e-nabavi

Prophet Muhammad’s (s.a.w.) tomb is located at Medina, just outside of Masjid Al-Nabawi.
Medina is also the place where he passed away.

And the black cube, which is called as "Ka’abah" in Arabic, is the structure that Abraham (a.s.) first built.
It is located inside Masjid Al-Haram, the world’s largest mosque.
It is also the place where we face the black cube everytime when we perform our prayers/pray to God.

And hajj means pilgrimage in Arabic.
In Islam, we Muslims perform our pilgrimage to Mecca, Medina, as well as to Jerusalem.
These three places are our holiest & most important places in the world.

    Hope this helps!! :-D

Prophet Mohammad pbuh tomb is in Medina and is part of Medina Mosque name Masjid Nabawi.
If the black cube you are refering to is Kaabah,it is in Mecca inside the Mosque "Masjidil haram’.
It’s the direction where all muslim around the world face their prayer.(We do not worship the stone)
Hajj is not about mecca to medina or vise versa. That is ‘hijrah’.Performing Hajj involves mecca, mina and areas around while going to medina is only a visit and pay respect to prophet mohammad.
Hope this brief info helpful to you.Glad to assist if you have any more question.
    Thank you for asking.

  5. Sincere-Advisor Says:

The Black cube is the House of God that Abraham built with son Ishmael, when he visited him. Over the centuries it was rebuilt many times, on the same foundation. The only original stone is the one affixed to the corner of building and is called "Hajr Aswad" (Black Stone). It was a piece of meteorite that Abraham had used.

The children of Ishmael continued to worship One true God until the time of Amr b. Luhayy b. Qam’a b. Khindiff who was the first to start the worshipping of idols. About him Prophet Muhammad once said, "I saw Amr b. Luhayy dragging his intestines in hell, and when I asked him about those who lived between his time and mine he said that they had perished…He was the first to change the religion of Ishmael, to set up idols, and institute the custom of the bahira, sa’iba, wasila, and hami."

According to Ibn Ishaq, the ancient historian, "the beginning of stone worship among the sons of Ishmael was when Mecca became too small for them and they wanted more room in the country. Everyone who left the town took with him a stone from the sacred area to do honor to it. Wherever they settled, they set it up and walked round it as they went round Ka’aba. This led them to worship what stones they pleased and those which made an impression on them. Thus as generations passed they forgot their primitive faith and adopted another religion for that of Abraham and Ishmael. They worshipped idols and adopted the same errors as the peoples before them" (Seerah by Ibn Ishaq).

Even Western scholars who are hostile to Islam argue the point that monotheism was native to Arabia. H.A.R Gibb in his book ‘Muhammedanism’ argues that "The existence of a supreme God, Allah, is assumed as an axiom common to Muhammad and his opponents. The Koran never argues the point; what it does argue is that He is the one and only one. La ilaha illa’aalah, ‘there is no god but Allah. But it is more doubtful whether this is to be regarded as the direct deposit of Christian or Jewish teaching. In the Koran it is connected with a different tradition altogether, an obscure Arabian tradition represented by the so-called ‘hanifs’, pre-Islamic monotheists whose very name shows that the Syrians regarded them as non-Christians (Syriac "hanpa", ‘heathen’). Muhammad glories in the name and attaches it as a distinctive epithet to Abraham, "who was neither Jew nor Christian."
