Assamalwalekum brothers and sisters. Can cancer patients perform Hajj pilgrimage?
A person who is not too healthy or not too weak suffering from kidney cancer perform hajj Pilgrimage? are there any different arrangements for cancer patients for hajj?
Is there any special arrangements made for sick people for Hajj? sorry for my ignorance brothers and sisters. The cancer is spread in some of his bones.

Yes.
Hajj should be performed if you have those things:
1- Money.
2- Health.
This person obviously is too weak to go, so I would say no, don’t go.
