Are the rituals performed for Hajj/Umrah the same for both Shia’s and Sunni’s?
Probably not.
I have seen different groups of shia pilgrims doing different things during haj and visits.

Salam. The rituals performed for hajj and umrah are the same based on the hadith of Muhammad pbuh so for both shia’s and sunni’s and any other islamic sects are the same.
The difference between hajj pilgrim and umrah is just only on wuquf in Arafah field and throwing syaitans with small stones in Mina for only hajj pilgrim.
Umrah has no wuquf in Arafah and throwing syaitans with stones in Mina
Muhammad pbuh followed the way of Ibrahim prophet and his son Ismael prophet when they made it.

Yes.
The division however is just political and cultural, and not religious. There were no such divisions in the time of the prophet. Its only after the time of the prophet, started over the issue, who should rightfully be the leaders over the Muslims.
While the mainstream muslims, the sunnies , deny superiority to any one people, the Shias claim they are the superiors being the direct decendants of the prophet through his daughter Fatima form Ali and Hassan, the two grandsons of the prophet.
Allah knows best.
