Ramadan: Is it true that…?

Is it true that when the moon does Tawaf around kabah (which is today right?) that what ever you pray for will come true?

Some one told me and I’m sceptical

    like on 16 july every year sun came at the top of roof of holy kabaa …at 12;15 p.m saudia time …= 9;15 gmt..similarly …moon comes on ..full moon night in july …3.20 a.m
