Imam XIII needs to read the entire chapter, or at least a few other verses to understand what Paul is saying. That's what we all need to do. Paul is explaining how he tries to reach people and part of that is preaching the Gospel on the level of the person he is dealing with. He's not going in blind to what they believe (Jews, with or without the law) and he's not going to talk down to someone (those who are weak). He humbles himself and deals with them equally to win souls for Christ.

Isn't that how we should all deal with each other instead of from some imagined superiority? Yes it is but that is not what Islam teaches. Islam teaches that infidels are horrible creatures, worth less than "believers", kaffir. When you think of someone as a dhimmi, then you don't feel they need to be treated fairly. That is why lying is ok in Islam, but not in any other belief. Christians and Jews believe dying for your faith is acceptable but lying, denying God is not. Islam teaches the total opposite...lie to save your butt!

People of different faiths are important to God. He created them. We should be honest with them and treat them as equals in order to save. That is what Paul is saying. That is what God wants. That is not what Allah or Muhammad did!
References :
In verse 7 Paul is quoting a hypothetical argument that someone might use in order to justify lying: having quoted this argument he then refutes it!

In order to advance the interest of Islam, which is regarded as the ultimate good, everything, including lying, is permissible.
References :
Why didn't you quote from the MASTER of deceit himself, St. Paul !?

1 Corinthians 9:19-23 (New International Version)

19Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to everyone, to win as many as possible. 20To the Jews I became like a Jew, to win the Jews. To those under the law I became like one under the law (though I myself am not under the law), so as to win those under the law. 21To those not having the law I became like one not having the law (though I am not free from God's law but am under Christ's law), so as to win those not having the law. 22To the weak I became weak, to win the weak. I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some. 23I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.
References :
And if I were to correct you, would you believe me?
So why should I waste my breath.

That said, I have nothing but respect for Christians, even if I disagree with them in regards to religion.

PS. Lying is a serious sin in Islam.
References :
May God guide you to the straight and righteous path, however narrow it may be.
