What is the main difference between Hajj or Umrah? Could anyoen explain the procedure in detail?

I heard that :

Muslims too shave their head
Like brahmins wear dhothi and while towel on their shoulders
Coconuts are broken
Shaithan being hit by small stones seven at a time for 3 days

no, muslims dont shave their head!
