No you can not. I’ve heard of people who try but they never succeed.

    Unfortunately, you cannot go any where but Macca - Madenah - Jeddah and the cities around them.

    no..
    umrah visa does not equal open tourist visa.. sorry.
    there are checkpoints at all points of exit around the city, air, and water points.. you will be stopped and have your papers checked…
