But I don’t know wether you’ll go so fast you’ll be flying, and the next thing you know, your wrapped around a coffin by the Heavens, with the Angels carrying it on their shoulders, and the Angel of Death leading the way to the Heavens.

Yes. Drink it w/ the intention that you are given strength to complete the sprint.

The Prophet(pbuh) said:- “The water of ZamZamis for whatever purpose it is drunk for”

May Allah enable us to benefit from Prophet Muhammed(pbuh)s teachings.

Its okay to drink wat ever water b4 u run. water is pure and halal. zamzam is just blessed water from a holy place (ie Makkah) inshallah u will not be doing wrong and Allah knows best!

i dunno….but once a brother bought if to football and we drank it during the halftime ..and i heard that its good to make a good intention before drinking it…allahu aulam..
